The products introduced include various transmitter solutions such as high-power single-junction/multi-junction VCSEL, VCSEL for proximity light, high-power EEL and narrow line-width DFB, and receiver solutions such as BPD and 200 μm APD.

At the exhibition site, SANAN demonstrated the wafer fabrication process for industrial-grade, consumer-grade, and vehicle-grade applications. Wang Yi, Vice-President of Sales of Xiamen SANAN IC Optical Technology Division, said that SANAN has more than two decades of experience in large-scale manufacturing and management of compound semiconductor chips, and can provide customers with reliable one-stop products and manufacturing services. At present, all kinds of laser chips in SANAN have achieved kk-level shipments in a single month, and vehicle-grade products have been designated in many famous radar manufacturers and terminal car factories. In order to better show the application of laser chips, SANAN and its partner also set up a 1.5 kW industrial laser heating prototype based on high-power VCSEL at the booth for live demonstration, allowing the audiences to feel the huge technical potential of high heating efficiency, quantifiable heating, and programmable cold and heat without hot medium on the spot.
